Manufacturing
Inventory, production, quality and SOP-driven operations — with systems operators will actually use.
Learn more →Avasarant Business Systems
We help organizations modernize the technology, applications and workflows that power day-to-day operations.
Avasarant focuses on the systems behind day-to-day operations — inventory, production, warehouse, care operations, dispatch and the internal knowledge people need to do the work.
New tools only matter if they reduce friction for the people who run the business. We replace spreadsheets, disconnected software and manual handoffs with maintainable business systems. Cloud, applications and private AI are how we deliver that work — not what we sell for their own sake.
Capabilities
Each capability exists to improve how an operation runs. The detail lives on the capabilities pages — this is the map.
01
Stabilize and modernize the cloud foundation operations run on — migration, security, monitoring and cost control for systems that cannot fail quietly.

02
Private knowledge assistants and document intelligence on approved data — so operators get answers without putting SOPs, pricing or records into public tools.
View →
03
Inventory, warehouse, patient operations, vendor portals and dashboards shaped to how teams actually work — not forced into a generic template.
View →
04
Give operations a reliable source of truth — structured data, operational reporting and dashboards that reflect how work actually moves.
View →
05
Connect the systems operations already use, and automate the handoffs that currently sit in email, chat and spreadsheets.
View →
06
Steward the environment after go-live — monitoring, security, cost and maintainability for systems that have to keep running.

We work with manufacturing, healthcare and logistics businesses — not a cafeteria of unrelated markets.

Avasarant is hired to fix how work moves. The technology follows the problem.
Replace or rehabilitate ageing applications without stopping the business that depends on them.

01
Map how operations run today: workflows, systems, constraints and what success would actually look like.
02
Design boundaries, data ownership, security and a modernization path before anything is built.
03
Deliver the operational system in accountable increments, with clear ownership at each step.
04
Cut over with documentation and operator readiness. Improve reliability, cost and fit using production evidence.
05
Steward the system over time. Maintainability and partnership, not a project that is abandoned at launch.
The work
The problems we take on look ordinary from the outside and expensive from the inside: inventory that does not match the floor, a warehouse process held together in chat, care operations that still run on documents, a cloud environment that costs more every quarter and still feels fragile on a peak day.
We also build the operational systems behind high-volume registration, validation and entry workflows — the kind of work where downtime is not an inconvenience, it is a failure of the operation. Client names and measured results are published only when we can do so accurately.

The unofficial workbook is usually doing a real job. Replacing it starts with understanding that job, not with selecting a platform.

Enterprise AI
Before a knowledge assistant is useful, the organization has to decide what the model is allowed to see — and who is allowed to ask.

The systems that feel too risky to touch are usually the ones that most need a controlled path off ageing infrastructure.
