Operational signals were fragmented across multiple AWS accounts and environments. Teams needed a single, reliable path from account-level events to actionable alerts.
Approach
Build an event-driven central monitoring account pattern: CloudWatch and EventBridge collect signals from development, integration, pre-production and production accounts, then route them through SNS and SQS into Microsoft Teams for operational response.
